VersoVerde Hotel is the new urban regeneration project in Milan.

An intervention that represents a change in the way of thinking and designing sustainable buildings.

An old disused building has been transformed into a new concept of hospitality, modernity, sustainability and design.

We deliberately decided to keep the double-vaulted figure typical of industrial warehouses, to maintain the historical link with the territory, but giving new life and new light to the interior and exterior volumes.

What was once a dark building now sees bright to airy spaces, thanks to a cut along the entire building that allows the dense vegetation to come to life and emerge from the volume itself.

Upon entering the facility, one discovers the various rooms, small inner courtyards and large modern windows that contrast with the antique feel of the Naviglio.

A new habitat to experience and discover!
